Who is supposed to deduct the tax money from your earnings?

Is the person that is hired to do the tax paper work supposed to deduct the tax, or is the employer who deducts the tax money? How does this work?

Who thinks we should tax the rich who sell there products here in america?

lets say we tax the CEO of companies like bmw/toyota/airbus etc... and others who are not residents of the USA yet sell there products here, its fair right? then well raise there taxes to pay for our health care and unemployment benefits

I am torn between Alexandra ( Lexi ) and Lilah. I love them both...while I think Lilah is a tiny bit prettier, it is also becoming more and more popular and may then become dated whereas Alexandra is more timeless..classic and will age better. What do you think?

I am trying to post somethingin the horse section of Yahoo! Answers and it will deduct the 5 points but it will never show up when you go to the horse section. I have 0 answers and that basically proves that they're not showing The only way I can get to it is to go to my activity. Whats happening? I want my points back!

You need money for those moments.Besides, we enjoy them because they are a break from our day to day life, we may not enjoy them so much if watching nature/towns etc were something we did often.
