Landlady is trying to deduct from our deposits, help?

So we moved out yesterday. Our landlady came around and made a big deal about the way the bathroom and kitchen were. She said that she would get 'professional cleaners' in to clean the oven and fridge which is RIDICULOUS. They were NO WAY in a mess. The funny thing is that during the year we had mold growing all over the bathroom and in one of the bedrooms and she left it for months and saw no need for her 'professional cleaners' obviously because it would of come at her expense, now it comes to our money she's obviously trying to take some. I know for a fact that she would happily rent the place the way we left it because that's how it was when we moved in. Professional cleaners for an oven and fridge that are not unclean is ludicrous.
