Timeless Question: What do women really want?

I know this question has been on the axe since the dawn of mankind, lol. And I know people always ask this, but I want some reclarification. Im only 18 still in high school and I'm not experienced with women. So when I get out in the real world, I want to have good clarity about women. So the title says it all, what's your thoughts and advice?
